Delete your Pace account
You can delete your account from inside the Pace app. If you cannot access the app, email support and we will help verify the request.
Delete in the app
- Open Pace and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account in the Account section.
- Export your data first if you want a CSV copy.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Request help by email
If you cannot access your account, email support@pace.money from the email address tied to your Pace account. Use the subject line "Account deletion request" and include any context that helps us verify ownership.
Once deletion is confirmed in the app or by support, bank connections are revoked and remaining account data is scheduled for permanent deletion.
What gets deleted
Pace removes connected-account data, transaction history, Bob conversations, memories, insights, notification settings, and profile data associated with your account, subject to limited records we may need to keep for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
